Hello All, I have been into health and wellness for the last 15 years full-time taking all my life experiences and passing them along to my clients, friends and family. I make my goals in life around keeping myself positive & healthy. I also love to challenge myself with adventure races, triathlons, road & off road bike races. For me, I recognize that I create my own success stories as well as my failures. So I now work towards the positive every day in order to create more success in my day.
