I have not written much in the last 24 months and I am now ready to get back at it. Life has been at a bit of a standstill since early 2020 and I, like many others was not going to sit back and wait for something to happen. I decided in early 2021 to make some changes that I hoped would open some new doors of opportunity. Guess what, they did!
Going into the decision making process, I was fully aware of the fact that I would be leaving a great salary with all the benefits that went along with working for a successful company, but I was not in a good place personally nor was I present for my wife and kids. For the last 12 years I lived and worked away from home and I needed to board a plane to visit my family and that was not working anymore so I made a change.
With change comes opportunities, some are great and some need work but choosing to be with my loved ones was more important than making excuses. What I thought would take longer actually worked right into other great opportunities in sales & health & wellness.
My goal was to build a Wellness consulting business where I could work with individuals looking to change their present circumstance thru fitness, recovery, nutrition, meditation and offer steps to integrate them all into their daily rituals! I truly believe, focusing on the whole picture is more important than singling out one aspect and neglecting the others. Making my goal a reality, took time, dedication and focus but was absolutely worth it! I shared this plan of action with those around me and received positive feedback and a several individuals ready to make some serious changes in their lives and mindsets for the better!
It has been an incredible journey over the the last year seeing my dreams become my reality. I am proud of myself for embracing change and focusing on helping others create balance and inspiration in their lives. I am also eternally grateful for the support of my wife and my children who are ALWAYS there for me!
So please do not fear change, especially if this change will help create a better connection with your family and loved ones!
